Is it really free?
Yes. Team admin on the Starter tier is free forever — no trial clock, no card, no hidden fees. We only charge when a club chooses to upgrade to PERFORM development tools.
What's included in the free tier?
Fixtures, attendance, team communications, multi-sport support, Guardian View for parents, and access to the Community Clubhouse. Up to 30 athletes.
When do we start paying?
Only when you're ready to unlock PERFORM — 30-second evaluations, Individual Development Plans, 5-pillar tracking, ALEX AI feedback, and impact reports. You can run on the free tier indefinitely.
Can we try PERFORM without a card?
Yes. The 30-day Club trial does not require a card. Add payment details only when the trial ends and you decide to continue.
What's the billing cadence?
Monthly, billed per active member on the Club tier. Annual invoicing and bespoke terms available for Enterprise, School, and NGB rollouts.
